SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process your order within 1 week, this is because we often have to make to order although where possible we aim to ship out our orders within 4 working days. Deliveries are made via Royal Mail and charged accordingly by weight and size. Charges will be calculated for you at checkout. We will notify you by email once your parcel has been dispatched. If you have still not received your parcel within 7 days of shipment please email us at westhighlandteacompany@gmail.com.

We regret that we can currently only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want our customers to enjoy the products we provide. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery, but please note that where foodstuffs have been opened they cannot be returned unless they are found to be of unsatisfactory quality.  Items can be returned within thirty days for a replacement or a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless delivered by us in error or if the item is faulty. For items which are not faulty, you will be responsible for the new postage and packaging costs of any exchanges or replacements.

We would advise that if you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, that you take photographs of the damage where possible.
