Shipping Terms

1. Tariff Charge
   All orders shipped to the United States are subject to an additional 10% tariff charge. This fee is applied at checkout and reflects the increased costs associated with importing goods into the USA.

2. Shipping Times

   • Standard shipping to the USA typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch.

   • Express shipping options may be available at checkout.

   • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

3. Customs & Duties

   • Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or local taxes that may apply upon arrival in the USA.

   • We provide accurate documentation to support customs processing but cannot influence clearance times.

Refunds & Returns

• Refunds are available for items returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

• The original shipping charge and the 10% tariff fee are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

• If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement once the item has been returned.

Cancellations

• Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• If you no longer want the order after it has shipped, you may return it under our standard Refunds & Returns Policy.
