Green Tea
Green Tea is considered the ‘original tea’, said to date back to as early as 2737 BC and is typically the preferred style of tea in China & Japan. The difference between green tea and black tea is all linked to the process. Black tea is made with oxidisation as a key component to its process however green tea is processed with the opposite principle in mind which is to avoid oxidisation from happening. This retains the green colour of the leaf and gives it its unique flavour.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
This product is packed on a premises that handles nuts, seeds, cereals, soya & products containing gluten.
1 teaspoon per cup or 1-2 teaspoons per 500ml of boiling water. Brew for 3 minutes maximum to avoid bitterness.

I always thought I didn't like green tea, until I tasted this one. It just tastes so fresh and clean.
I use this green tea to make my kombucha...it really does make the most delicious brew that can be happily drunk without adding other flavours- bright, lemony, grassy-divine. Not usually a fan of green tea as a hot drink but i know how amazing it is for our health. This green tea from Highland Tea company though has changed that and i am now a regular drinker of this grassy, nourishing tea. Thank you so much ❤️🌻
