Having suffered from trouble dropping off to sleep and waking up during the night, Sleepy Ewe tea has been a revelation. As soon as I opened the packet, the smell was so amazing and calming. I now have my cup of tea an hour before going to bed and sleep like a baby. Even if I wake up in the early hours, I can drop off again till it's time to get up. Thank you for this magic brew. It really works.
My only regret about buying this tea is I only got a tester bag, I have tried everything to help with sleep even GP prescribed meds. Nothing helped. I got this tea on a trip to Mallaig with my family and it’s the 1st time I’ve had a deep sleep since… no idea when. The tester bag lasted about a week. I will be ordering a nice big bag to do me a little longer x
