This product was manufactured on a premises that handles nuts, wheat, glutten, soy lecithin, sulfur dioxide & sulfites at concentrations of more than 10mg/kg expressed as S02.

Store in a cool, dry, airtight container out of direct sunlight.

Bring water to a rolling boil and let cool to roughly 82'c. Place half a teaspoon of Matcha in your cup. Infuse with 250ml of water, whisk briskly and enjoy.
